Festivities continued all weekend with fireworks, live music and the Gourmet Walkabout Tour with local venues Mountain Kitchen, Cilantro, Tsubo and Alphutte previewed their season menus with complimentary tastings and a glass of local wine.
Dinner Plain welcomed in the 2010 season with the opening of its new commercial and residential property, Castran Corner, home to Hoy’s Ski Hire, Castran Real Estate and new gourmet produce store, Mountain Kitchen. Former World Cup and Olympic Aerial Skier, Kirsty Marshall MP OAM rode in with mountain cattleman Ken Connley to officially open the new development.
